The tower was built on the cliffs in 1835 by local landlord Sir Cornellius O’Brien (he died in 1857.) It’s located on the cliffs of Moher on the west coast of Ireland south of Galway . Located a short distance from the village famous for it’s traditional Irish music. The tower is open daily.
Visitors once again have access to the tower and the viewing platform on the roof where the cliff views are most spectacular. We can see a landscape. When the weather is good there is a spectacular view. There is a telescope in the tower.

Elle se situe sur les falaises de Moher sur la côte ouest d’Irlande. Elle se situe non loin d’un village célèbre ou il y a la musique traditionnelle d’Irlande. La tour est ouverte quotidiennement. Les visiteurs ont à nouveau accès à la tour et ils regardent le paysage depuis le toit ou la vue sur les falaises est spectaculaire. On peut voir un paysage. Quand il fait beau , la vue est spectaculaire. Il y a un télescope dans la tour.
